• Buffalo Bills deals RB Marshawn Lynch to Seattle Seahawks for undisclosed draft picks. In acquiring Lynch, the Seahawks released RB Julius Jones. You gotta feel for Bills fans. They are a passionate bunch being let down by a poor front office. Shades of Rachel Phelps in Major League, trying to run the Indians into the ground so she could move the team. 
• Adam Schefter reports Seattle gives Buffalo a 4th rounder in '11 and a conditional pick in 2012. He also tweeted that the Bears signed DE Charles Grant to a one-year contract and terminate the contract of vested veteran DE Mark Anderson, and the Jags signed veteran defensive lineman C.J. Mosley and released veteran quarterback Todd Bouman.
